Volunteer during open hours |
| You can help out the youth center by volunteering. The youth center always welcomes community members into the center to work with youth directly during open hours. We are always looking for individuals to tutor/mentor youth, give presentations to youth about important topics, work with youth on drums, guitar, or keyboard, or to teach a new skill or activity. |
| Become a Board Member |
| The Youth Activities and Resource Committee governs the center and consists of 7 community members. The YARC meets on the 4th Monday of every month at 6:15pm in the Youth Center. During the meetings we discuss financials, fundraising, programming, and other topics of interest. The meeting is open to anyone interested. | Individual and business contributions and donations from the Mount Horeb Community allow over 300 kids to participate in our program annually. All donations stay in the community and provide local Mount Horeb Youth with positive social, recreational, academic, and community service activities. Consider contributing to this important cause.
